This year, our Food Distribution Center's (FDC) Passover Campaign aims to provide 3,500 families with everything they need to conduct the Pesach seder. This includes 200 Holocaust survivors as well as 200 Ukrainian refugees who recently arrived in Israel and will build on the FDC's 2022 success:
|  | The Center targets hunger and malnutrition in the home by providing 15,500 food packages to needy families each year. 700+ food boxes distributed monthly to impoverished families, Holocaust survivors and other seniors 2,000+ volunteers packed food boxes and visited the elderly 5,000+ special holiday food boxes for Rosh Hashanah, Passover & Hanukkah

Beyond the significant contribution for the continued activity of the association, including achieving our matching gift goal, there was a special sense of partnership and unity among the diverse attendees, a group that spanned the spectrum politically, religiously and ethnically. We are proud to be part of an amazing mosaic of diverse and high-quality supporters and partners.
The heartwarming speeches were followed by spectacular entertainment led by popular Israeli singer, Hanan Ben Ari. The evening was MCed by Agam Rudberg. Our honorees and tributes for the evening included Irit Strauss, Mr. Joe Dayani of Monaco and London, members of the Meitar Law Offices, Bank Hapoalim, Mrs. Beryl Davis and Mr. Mark Gelfand! In 2023 the Jaffa Institute is running over 40 different projects, programs and initiatives promoting education for all ages, the strengthening of families and providing nutritional security, regular visits, therapy and home repairs to the elderly and Holocaust survivors.
